Oral Sessions

• All presenters should be present 10 minutes before the start of the session, and should immediately inform the session chair of their arrival.
• The oral session room will contain a computer equipped with a projector. Presenters should bring a USB memory-stick with their presentation files in MS Power Point or PDF format, and should load and preview their presentations before the session starts.
• We also allow you to use your own PC for your presentation, but please ask the staff at the venue in advance. This is because connections may be made to share the slides for participants from overseas.
• The time allocation for talks is as follows:
  Invited session Talk: 25 min (20-min presentation plus 5-min discussion recommended)
  Oral session Talk: 15min (10-min presentation plus 5-min discussion recommended)

Poster Sessions

• The FTT 2022 poster session will only be held on-site.
• The poster board size is W 900 mm x H 2100 mm. The poster should consist of one A0-size poster or multiple posters that can fit on the board.
• Please attach the poster to the board with pins prepared by the organizing committee.
• Posting is possible from 15:00 on Nov 16th. Please remove posters by noon on Nov 18th.
• The committee will remove posters left after 13:00 of Nov 18th.
